Justin Tyler Berfield's Bio!
BIOGRAPHY: Justin decided to become an actor after seeing his friend do an audition. His first acting gig was in a Folger's Coffee commercial in 1991. This was the first of a long line of commercials that deemed his nickname "The Commercial Kid."

Justin had a busy summer in 1998. It was the summer after Unhappily Ever After had ended for good. He made three movies that summer, all for cable tv. Justin has a lot of tv credits, including the series, The Mommies and The Good Life. His main acting role before Reese in Malcolm in the Middle was as Ross Malloy in Unhappily Ever After.

Off cameras, Justin likes horseback riding, football, hockey, fishing, snowboarding, and camping. He works with underprivileged and ill kids to try and make their lives better. Justin's #1 interest is animals. He trains and cares for all his pets. He's got 7 turtles, 3 cats, 5 dogs, chickens, goats, a horse, a ferret, a litter of Pug puppies, and even a small pig! Justin has a third-degree red belt in Tang-Soo Do, and has won state and national karate tournaments. At once,Justin had been rated #1 in California for kata and sparring.

Justin says he's shy when meeting new people.

He auditioned for the role of Annakin Skywalker in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace

Justin was nominated for the 1999 Hollywood Reporters Young Star Award for his role in Unhappily Ever After.

His categories included "Best Young Actor" and "Best Performance in a Comedy TV Series"
